output of ipcs

Folks, IDs11.50FC8, Redhat Linux. Just wan to confirm. I believe when I run ipcs command to see locked memory segments of informix, BEFORE( while ago...) , it showed owner of "informix' in each line. But, right now, it only shows as locked by "root" user only? No "informix" user name there any more? As a first guess, I would say the BEFORE ipcs list showed you the segments when yhe instance was started by the informix user. This time is started by root... Probably by svcadm or initd scripts. No. The informix is always started by informix, not root.
