Bugs and Issues with ER on IDS 7.30.UC8

I have read many times that if you want to use ER you should have IDS ver. 7.31 because of the many improvement in the 7.31 release. Unfortunately one of our customers is on 7.30 and they want to use ER, does anyone know what problems ER has in this version?
