Color terminal emulation? Where?

I like the fact that informix allows color attributes, but I don't like the fact that I don't have any color terminal emulation software for seeing it. We have been looking for such software for some time. The way we use informix is to connect (telnet to) our RS/6000 and use our PC's to display the output. Is there any telnet software that emulates color? I believe that VT240 emulation is sufficient. Am I right? Freeware or Shareware is preferred, but commercial recommendations are welcome.
