Patty, I don't know if anyone has yet made you aware of the great request volume there has been over the last several years to make InformixLink available over the Internet. I am posting this message to the Internet Informix discussion list so everyone in that group will now know the question has been officially asked. If you could respond to us with your ideas, questions, and concerns, I know we would all appreciate it. Please write to me or Bill Daul if you have any questions about how to do this. Many of us have access to the Internet and use it extensively. This would be very convenient for us and I know it would greatly increase the utilizaton of InformixLink. Even though my work place is currently an InformixLink customer, I never bother to use it because I don't have dial-out access from my office. To use InformixLink, I have to go home and dial out on a modem I have there. I know you will find there are many similar stories (especially now that we all have your e-mail address), and that there is a great demand to make InformixLink available on the Internet. Thanks in advance for your response!
