Do you want to remain independent but have a problem? It probably centers around the fact that you have a difficult time selling your next project while you are still working on your present project. Then when you can start selling your next engagement, you're not billing. We have been helping people smooth the peaks and valleys now for two years. Maybe we can help you too! CES was founded to work with professionals in a sales and marketing capacity. We know what you have to deal with and hope to have a chance to work with you to form a "partnership" of sorts. We do the selling and you do what you do best. Most of the people we deal with would rather not do any selling. Of course you still have sell yourself on the new project. We want you to help us on the marketing side, because you are the one person that knows what you do and the potential users of your services. You don't have to do the prospecting or the negotiating. After all, these things are always the down side items. Our costs are based on several things. In general, we look at the length and scope of the project. We then determine what percentage of the billing is appropriate and agreeable. This usually occurs prior to any negotiation with the client or any interviews. Of course, you retain the larger portion. The only upfront costs are a one-time registration fee which is refunded to you with the first billing. We are looking for professionals in the IT world. We also prefer that you have an engagement now and have had several years of independent consulting experience. You must also be willing and able to assist us in marketing your skills. Please email your notice of interest along with answers to the following questions: Specialty: Years in Specialty: Years as an independent: Preferred location(s): Availability: Normal Billing Rate (Hourly, daily, weekly etc.): Thank you.
