Hi, it may be a problem that the version of installed Tivoli client (providing those additional shared libraries) does not exactly match the version of the XBSA library. I heard that this can be a problem, though I'm not up-to-date, whether this still is a problem in new versions ... Can you open a call with (or otherwise somehow get help from) Tivoli people ? They should be better able to help you with this (than I am anyway :).
