The ASCII() function is one of your friends, but consider what will happen when you change printers. You might be better of creating a table to contain the printer control sequences you need, and have the report collect the relevant sequences from the table so that when printers are changed, you only have to alter the table, not recompile the entire program. -- Jonathan Leffler (jleffler@earthlink.net, jleffler@informix.com) Guardian of DBD::Informix 1.00.PC1 -- see http://www.cpan.org/ #include <disclaimer.h>
