Re: HOWTO:Calc. a user-fee for cpu vp cpu-time

There's no way (that I know of) to measure cpu usage per session in late versions of online that use a few vp's to serve many users. Instead, we decided to measure usage by I/O counts, which online does keep track of while sessions are alive. A background process can monitor and store this information. I/O activity should correspond somewhat to cpu activity by online, and may be more important to measure on I/O bound systems.
