Using ESQL/C on SCO-OpenServer

Hi, I have big trouble using ESQL/C (ClientSDK 2.30) on a SCO-OpenServer 5.0.4 (with Informix Online 7.23UC13) I am using the c-compiler from the SCO OpenServer DevelopmentSystem. After preprocessing and compiling everything seem to be ok, the binary file was created. But if I start the programm I only get an error: "dynamic linker : ./waeinbu : error opening libifsql.so" I don't get any error when I use esql with the parameter "-static", but the binaries are getting very big (up to 6,5 MB!). Setting the LIBDIR- and LLIBDIR-Variables didn't help. Was goes wrong her? bye Juergen
