Explain to client

Hi, is here any way how to get the contents of sqexplain.out to client? ( Without mapping network drive :-)))) ) I can read server config from SYSMASTER tables but EXPLAIN? We have applications in Delphi and dedicated SQL server on NT (7.30). Thanks Leos

Arent these available from the sysmaster database ?
