How to disable auto update statistics

Hello, I don't want to use this feature before I make sure IDS11.5 is stable, How to disable it? thanks for your help.
One of the easiest ways is to download the OpenAdmin Tool (OAT) and disable it from within that tool: while you are there, you can look at what AUS is wanting to do and is doing by default every Saturday and Sunday. To download: - Go to openadmintool.org - Click on "Download latest version" on the right - It will take you to "IBM Informix Free Product Download" page, enter IBM login and pwd - On the Offering page, select radio button "IBM Informix Free Product Download" for AIX, HP-UX, Linux, Mac, and Windows. Click on "Continue" - Download whichever product you want. I downloaded the Windows version myself. Take care. If you don't want to use OAT, run this in dbaccess against the sysadmin
database....
update ph_task
set tk_enable = "f"
where tk_name = "Auto Update Statistics Evaluation";
update ph_task
set tk_enable = "f"
where tk_name = "Auto Update Statistics Refresh";
Usually the tk_id's are 16 and 17, but I've seen that always isn't the
case so using the tk_name's are a little safer.
