You need to allocate more disk space to your instance - you probably
didn't allow for the extra space used by detached indexes (so you
should scale back your extent sizes to do so).
The master daemon should not have died - that indicates a bug.

I know it was my fault, it not allowing more space.
However, I will log a call with Tech Support.
