Resizing Informix4GL debugger display under X/Motif/HP VUE

I have an HP X-terminal on my desk, running HP VUE. I can bring up an xterm and resize the display at any time and it works fine for most of the applications I use (vi, emacs, ...). However, the Informix 4GL debugger does not change the size of the debugger screen. What does it need special that I am missing? -- Donald E.
