Yes, your UNIX kernel has not been configured with enough shared memory.
During the allocation od SHM OnLine crashes and leaves some segments
behind. You can remove these with the UNIX command 'ipcrm', but use
with caution. Check the release notes for ideas on what values to use
for the kernel parameters. Look at the parameters beginning with SHM
and SEM.
