Hi, I have a physical log of 2GB, but when I do onstat -d I notice that the
free colum is "1179", is it risky if that chunk is full and how can I free the
space from this chunk.
thanks

The physical log is fixed size (unless you have placed it in a physdb
dbspace which is extendable) and the engine manages the space inside it. No
worries.
