Calling a Stored Procedure within a Procedure

Greetings All - This one seems to be either poorly or non-documented, so I thought perhaps someone out there would be kind enough to help. We're using Dynamic Server 7.30UC5 on Solaris. All I'm trying to do is call a stored procedure from within another stored procedure. That seems straightforward enough, but the child (inner) stored procedure returns a *SET* of rows, using the "with resume" clause. I don't see any documented or compilable way (I tried "FOREACH...END FOREACH", but got syntax errors) to receive that result set in the calling (parent) procedure. Thanks again for everyone's help!
