Application hanged no error on logs
Hi All,
I encountered problem today. the application can't continue processing...
Please see below "onstat -u" output... I've noticed there are lot of users in
"waiting for a condition" mode. My question is, when can i kill a process? I
remember, i kill process only when the table is locked...

Far, far too little information !!
Operating system, IDS Version, application platform and software.
onstat -p, onconfig, extract of the log when the issue first occured.Better description other than can't continue processing. Is this for
every connected process, just updates, just certain areas of the app?
Can you still use dbaccess during these periods?

You can kill a session any time you need to.
What does the onstat header line look like?
As to running out of connections, what are your NETTYPE settings and what
kind of connections are these '76' (TCP or SHM)?
