What's wrong with onbar-config to ADSM.

Dear Experts !! I tried to config "ONBAR util" with ADSM. but I met following Error "ERROR: The installed XBSA library is not compatible with version 1 of On-BAR." Circustums : AIX : 4.3.1 ( Informix 9.14.UC5) ADSM : Client Version(3.1.20) , Server Version (3.7) $INFORMIXDIR/etc/sm_version 1|3.1.1|adsm:2 1,3.1.1,adsm,2 was inserted to bar_version-table with dbaccess sysutils. and link /usr/lpp/adsm/api/bin/libXApi.a to /usr/lib/ibsad001.a. What's Wrong with it?

The bsa_version should be 3.1.2 and the sma_version should be 3 in the bar_version table.
