Hi users, In IDS 7.3 / SAP 4.5B environment the DBDATE environment is set to mdy2/. Is this a problem w.r.t. Y2K. What effect does this variable have on data stored in the database ? Thankx in advance.... Pramod ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
The data will be stored fine (4 digit year), it's just a display format. If you are using 4gl (or other tools?) DBCENTURY can get around the problem of how to *interpet* two digit dates.
