AggregateRange with unamed type
Posted in 2019
hello everyone, i'm working on IDS 14.10 and I'm trying to collect the results of aggregaterange on certain fields of my timeSeries but not all of them. I have found the following which works: create row type elemval2 ( tstamp datetime year to fraction(5), tstamp2 datetime year to fraction(5), tmp real, tmp2 real); select AggregateRange('min($timestamp2),avg($high),min($low)',stock_data)::elemval2 from daily_stocks2; However I can't seem to find a way to do the same select without using a named row type. What I would like to do is something like this: select AggregateRange('min($timestamp2),avg($high),min($low)',stock_data)::ROW( tstamp datetime year to fraction(5), tstamp2 datetime year to fraction(5), tmp real, tmp2 real) from daily_stocks2; If anyone has a clue on how to avoid using a named type i would love to hear it! Thank you a lot in advance, Best regards, Romain
