select sysdatabases.name,sysdatabases.owner,sysdbspaces.name from sysdbspaces,sysdatabases where
partdbsnum(sysdatabases.partnum)=sysdbspaces.dbsnum

For earlier versions that do not have the partdbsnum procedure make the
lastline:
trunc(sysdatabases.partnum / 1048576) = sysdbspaces.dbsnum
