ODBC-Passthrough

Hi, does anyboby has successfully started SQL-scripts written for ISQL/DBACCESS like: set isolation to dirty read;{ comment } select ........ from a client using Delphi and an ODBC-connection. I know that i have to use passthrough-SQL, but all setting in the Borland BDE don#t work.
