Problem with new installation

Hello, I try to install a new IDS 7.30.UC3-1 on HPUX 10.20 and HP735 Workstation. The problem is the startup. At oninit or onmonitor I get the message : 'Cannot find message file. Check INFORMIXDIR and DBLANG'. I think the INFORMIXDIR is right, and DBLANG is not set. Not set cause to use standard. ($INFORMIXDIR/msg/en_us/0333). What is wrong ? Which message file ?
