Does anyone know where one can download the "new" GA version of OpenAdminTool?

The newest OAT (version 2.20) will be available for download at : https://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/iwm/web/preLogin.do?lang=en_US&source=swg- informixfpd Version 2.20 is not there yet, but will be posted within the next fews days.

I see where this has been posted to the IIUG web site now. However, how does one download the .bin file without it attempting to execute? Thanks for any help.
