ER and onstat -g sql

I've just switched some of our servers from HDR to ER to put a 3rd server into the mix. Everything seems to be running dandy, only when I run onstat -g sql I almost invariably get the "Changing data structure forced command termination." message. Has anyone out there seen this before? And if so is there a workaround/fix? I'm running IDS9.21UC4 on Solaris 8. Cheers
