The conferences are very informative. Basically, you get to see what direction Informix is heading currently and down the road. With the world moving to GIU it will be interesting to hear what direction NEW ERA will be taking. The conferences will keep you busy most of the day. Then the exhibitors will keep you busy showing what new "wares" they are offering. Each session typically will have product managers available where you might get answers to key issues you are wondering about. Im summary, the show gives you strategic directions of Informix so that you can plan for the future.
