My thanks for the answer. Of course, I'm writing a NewEra interface for a system that's been around for several years and has no primary keys defined. I defined one for the table I've been fooling with and the supertable seemed to automatically pick up the new relationships. I had to recompile to make it work but all the functionality is there. My question now is, should I be aware of any problems caused by defining primary keys throughout this database.
