Informix ODBC dirver 3.10

Hi All, I'm having a little problem getting an application to open a conection to an informix database using the informix ODBC 3.10 drivers. The application is running on a dell laptop thats got windows XP SP1 on it. The error being returned is as follows: "Unable to load locale categories" I would be most grateful if they one can suggest a solution to this problem, given that I have run out of ideas. Thanks Rob

you have not set INFORMIXDIR or one of the other environemnt variables appropiately or the locale of your database is different to that set in your client
