This is not actually correct. You should expect two delimiters
in case you unloading NULL value. Unloading of empty string is
different. It should be '\\ '.

This can be bug. I mean it should return the same value for
all empty strings.

Check also bugs for unload in TechInfo Center. There is an
explanation of '\\ ' for "" there.
