Hi all. I'm trying to compile a simple 4gl program on linux (Slackware 4.0). I'm using the glibc 2.0.7 libraries and the 2.2.3 kernel. The program is as follows: landfall:~>$ cat t1.4gl main display "Hello World! " end main Real simple. When I compile it using c4gl I get the following: landfall:~>$ c4gl t1.4gl /usr9/database/informix/lib/tools/libnforms.a(rdsterm.o): In function `rfetchch': rdsterm.o(.text+0x3a1): undefined reference to `__sigsetjmp' /usr9/database/informix/lib/tools/libnforms.a(efgkey.o): In function `_efrgetkey': efgkey.o(.text+0x54): undefined reference to `__sigsetjmp' Why? Kurt ktheis@landfall.net
Which version of I4GL? Which kernel and C library was it built for? It appears to be a different version of the library, presumably glibc 2.1.1 (perhaps because you're using 7.20.UE2?). Does Slackware have a sigsetjump function? (Answer: almost certainly yes). kurt@landfall.net wrote: > Hi all. I'm trying to compile a simple 4gl program on linux (Slackware > 4.0).
