long transaction !!

hi all, I execute the next statement in my online 7.30 under AIX 4.3 : alter fragment on table <tabname> init in <dbspacename>I have 20 logical logs, 625 pages for each. When my transaction felled 5 logical logs it generate a long transaction. my LTXHWM=50 and LTXEHWM=60, so I expected that it give me a long transaction only after the 10 logical logs are felled !
