Some development tools may have such a utility bundled. e.g. Delphi 4 comes with a tool called DATAPUMP.EXE. If you have VB 5 you can write a simple version of such a tool quite soon, using RDO. I once did a limited form of such a tool with VB5 / RDO. You'll need to first manually create a mapping for every data type between the source and target databases, and use that info in the tool while creating the target tables. RDO is quite easy to learn if you know VB.
