Renaming database?

Hi there, this is probably very simple. I have to rename a large db and am therefore looking for a way around unloading and re- loading it in order to get the name changed. I was unable to find any hint in the docs. We are using Online (5.0??) on a HP 9000 machine. Please, send your answers and comments as eMail. I will occasionally summarize.
