bootstrap not printing

IHAC who is on 9.40UC4 / Solaris 7. He cannot seem to get the bootstrap info to print. We have had him go into nsradmin and change the settings to print bootstrap to email, and it shows it has been sent to the printer, but nothing happens. From the '/' directory, had him do a ism_catalog -find bootstrap....he got the following... scanner: bootstrap: No such file or directory scanner: No bootstrap located Then.....had him try to create the bootstrap but he got the following... INPUT: ism_catalog -create_bootstrap -pool ISMData -server node0 OUTPUT: 11/26/06 15:06:44 savegrp: No clients on 'ISMData' group. Does anyone know what the above error means. Can't seem to get the bootstrap info to the printer for the customer. Thanks in advance!
