I don't understand the question.
Are you asking if there is a tool to transfer the schema and data from one
platform to another?
In which the case the answer is yes.
The tool is dbexport/dbimport, which generates ASCII unloads of the source
database, plus its schema.

If you need graphical representation, you can use MS Visio via ODBC driver or ERWin (http://www3.ca.com/Solutions/Product.asp?ID=260), or....
