Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Hi Harold,

IEM files are Informix error message files. This particular one seems to be
related to network stuff.

It is not an executable. And the $INFORMIXDIR/msg/en_us/0333 dir is the dir.
where Informix keeps its messages files. You will find some more iem files
there.
The program seems to be hitting at some network related problem and when it
tries to read the error message for error number -25580, it finds that it
cannot open the file. Possible reasons could be insufficient access rights to
user who is excuting the program or corrupt file etc. Possibly copying the
file from distribution media might help you.
