Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

To fix the problem check the following:
1. If sqlexecd demon is running on UNIX box. (It's better to call it with
-l option to log diagnostics).
2. If number of current connections not exceeded maximum number of concurrent
connections allowed (tbconfig USERS parameter). Sometimes connection leaves
opened though application has terminated.
3. if $INFORMIXDIR/etc/sqlhosts file exists check its record(s).
HTH. If not e-mail me directly.
Take care.
