International Language Supplement

Hi, I check $INFORMIXDIR/gls/lc11.txt and can't find any tranditional Chinece unicode configuration. Could u tell how to install the International Language Supplement, and I can show the correct Chinese in Unicode . P.S. My server is Informix Dynamic Server Version 9.30.UC1 on RedHat Linux, and client application is Sqlserver 2000 reporting service.
