Problem with initialize shared memory on Solaris 2.5.1

After SunOs 4.1.3 have been upgraded to Solaris 2.5.1, I can't start Informix server with same config file as before upgrading... If I start onmonitor, during server starting, server can't initialize shared memory... Can you help me ?? Immediately... THX.
