DBCENTURY and load

IDS 7.31.uc2 solaris 2.6 DBCENTURY=C at engine start-up DBCENTURY not set at session level If I dbaccess and INSERT into tbl values("9/25/00"), the engine stores 9/25/2000 (expected) If I LOAD from a flat file with the same date, (same dbaccess session), the engine stores 9/25/1900 (not expected). If I set DBCENTURY=C at the session level and LOAD the flat file, the engine stores 9/25/2000. Is this difference in behavior between "INSERT into values()" and "LOAD from INSERT into" a bug or feature?
