Hi David, Did you use the ILogin utility and connect to the wenza? If it is success then your connection must succeed. If it is a failure go to your set net utility and make sure the entries are correct like sever database hostname service protocol I guess you are probably missing the server entry or the services entry. If all of these are correct then in windows directory check the services file it must have the service entry at the end of it. Hope this will help you.
