Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Thomas,
I'm glad to see that Oracle has decided to validate the use of
industry-standard benchmarks once again after the sour grapes
from the embarassment of getting a hand slapped for creating
such a blatant "benchmark special".
Interesting that you used the v7.3 catch-up product that isn't
shipping yet. Can't beat us with your current product?
I was disappointed that you didn't benchmark a configuration
that was the same as one of the 34 TPC-C results that we've
published. When we benchmark a HP T-500 12-CPU configuration,
then we'll have an "apples to apples" comparison.
No doubt it's an impressive number.
Enjoy it while it lasts!
