Informix on Linux?

I was trying to run Informix on Linux with iBCS- emulation for SCO. After few problems I succeeded to run the installation procedure and the onmonitor tool of Informix. So principially does it function. But oninit -i gives an error: oninit: Fatal error in shared memory creation. In the logfile online.log are the following lines: 22:03:06 semctl: errno = 22 22:03:06 create_vp: cannot allocate memory The 22 meens EINVAL, i.e. semctl was invoked with an invalid value of parameter cmd or semid.
