It's so good to have a small number of segments (I try to have 1 -
SHMVIRTSIZE- and exceptionally 1 plus -SHMADD- (my SHMADD
= 50% of SHMVIRTSIZE)).
Use "onstat -g seg" to view the segments and try to create a
unique segment for all the proces.

Use "onstat -g ses" (without sid) and you can see a sumary for all
the users memory allocated and memory used.
To free a segment use "onmode -F". IDS don't deallocate unused
segments :-(( but reuses the allocated segments next time.
