I am looking for something other than 4GL to accomplish some tasks here. I want some of the 4GL features but do not want the poor programming language. The following is a list of wants in a replacement: Online automeated help Scrolled forms Query by example Multiple windowing capability Defined menus (horizontally) Call of C functions Form only - not attached to a database table More complex data checking I have heard of a company called 4GEN that might have sonething. Also Informix had some products in development that sounded good - Object Oriented 4GL and 4GL/X. Any information would be greatly appreciated. *---------------------*---------------------------------------* | Butch Stokes | E-MAIL: stokes@.spk.hp.com | | Hewlett Packard | HPDESK: Butch Stokes/HP1000 | | P.O.
