Since I work in tech support, my priorities are somewhat skewed. I seem to get very few calls pointing out that online is wonderful and far too many calls of the type "we've installed this 3 times now and still can't get it straight". Trying to re-brand something that you've successfuly branded before is a fatal installation error?
