Starting New Era applications under Win 95

I have been testing a application written in New Era under Win 95, and have a problem getting it started. The problem is not consistent. What happens is that starting the application will 'freeze' the screen so that mouse clicks are not accepted but the mouse still moves. Getting the task list up says that the application is not responding. Ending the task and then running the application again often results in the application running successfully. Once the application has started it seems to run fine. I am using New Era Base Deployment 2.00.WC1. The problem is the same whether I am running SE 6.00 for Windows to access data locally, or I-Net 2.10 to access the data on a server. The same problem occurs if I launch the application from the Application Launcher. Has anyone else run New Era applications under Win 95 successfully? I would be interested in any experiences that others have. Sorry if this has already been discussed here, I only started reading this newsgroup recently. - Mike
