Who sent me a bug report?

Hi, Someone from Australia (I think) sent me a bug report on Friday 14 Jan 94, using a program bug.4gl and a form b1.per to demonstrate the problem. I have accidentally clobbered the heading information which tells me who sent it and what the symptoms of the trouble were. I get a problem from the code, but I don't think it is the the same problem. If the person who sent it would be so kind as to identify themselves and resend the description, I'd be grateful.
