We are trying to use a blobspace on an NFS mounted device. Whenever the network goes down, we have serious problems trying to bring Informix back on-line. We were told by the Informix tech support that we shouldn't be using an NFS mounted device. Is there anyone out there who is currently doing anything similar to this? We have a Metrum tape jukebox which we really need to use if at all possible.
