Spurious SQL Results

Release 7.12UC1, AIX, RISC/6000, tools release 6.02 We are getting spurious (unexpected, wrong) results from SQL statements which disappear when the SQL is prepared. The statements worked correctly from a 4GL program in a development environment with a simple development make using c4gl, no options. It seemed to us the problems occurred when porting the program to the production make, which sets the ANSI flags on the c4gl compilation shell script (but we're just guessing). Has anyone seen this before? The c4gl script info for the -ansi flag says simply "checks the SQL for ansi compliance". Any thoughts, anyone? -- Carol Davies cdavies@csc.com
